Fluorocarbon Technology offers the latest in high technological machinery used in the manufacturing of oil field equipment. Products which we make include casing handle equipment, rig tools, fishing tools, down hole equipment and drilling strings needed for drilling rigs, pipelines and petrochemical plants.
Maintenance equipment tailored to the specific requirements of operating oil and gas field installations can also be supplied as needed.
Repair
We can provide an in house machine shop equipped with specialized machinery for the repair and remanufacturing of drill bits, pumps and compressors.
With our inventory of parts and equipment specific to oil and gas production we can provide 24/7 support to any field operation.
Training
Regardless of the type of equipment installed, without proper training the project is incomplete. Fluorocarbon Technology insures that all operating personnel are trained thoroughly in the safe and proper operation of all its equipment. An ongoing Training Academy is established at all plant sites to insure that all personnel have adequate training in the maintenance, operation and repair of all its equipment. Manuals and computer software are included which assist the trainee in understanding the operation of the equipment and nature of the process for which he is responsible. We believe that proper training of operators and maintenance personnel is critical to the success and long term objectives of every project. |
